Our maintenance package offers the following services on either bi-weekly or monthly basis:
- Adding beneficial bacteria
- Cleaning the skimmer net and filter mat
- Maintaining the pump
- Maintaining the biological filter and spillway
- Maintaining the water level
- Trimming and maintaining aquatic plants
- Fertilizing water lilies
- Repotting plants as necessary*
- Sealing rocks with waterfall foam as needed
- Removing debris
- Maintaining the IonGen System (If applicable)
- Replacing Iongen Probe as needed*
- Maintaining the Automatic Dosing System (if applicable)
- Replacing the Automatic Dosing System water treatments*
- Maintaining and repairing Aquascape lighting as needed*
- Assessing fish health
- Replacing any rock and gravel when necessary*
- Adding additional water treatments as needed*
- Performing a fall shutdown on the last visit of the year
At the end of every service visit, we will leave a service record outlining what was done to your water feature, service recommendations, product replacement needs, and enhancement recommendations.

IonGen System
Say goodbye to string algae with the Aquascape IonGen™ System G2! Ideal for use in ponds, Pondless® Waterfalls, and other decorative water features, the IonGen™ effectively kills algae without the use of traditional liquid chemicals.Â
The system helps to control algae growth throughout the entire system (up to 25,000 gallons) by using a microprocessor that sends a signal to its ion-producing probe.
